Where to Stay for PDAC 2027

PDAC is Toronto's biggest business week — 30,000+ attendees take over the Metro Toronto Convention Centre March 7–10, 2027. Downtown hotels sell out fast, and what they can't do is keep your crew together. That's what our apartments are for.

We're at 414 Markham St — about 25 minutes door-to-door by TTC (506 streetcar to the Line 1 subway), or roughly 10 minutes by car. Parking is included, so the rental car isn't a problem.

The convention is 8 hours a day. The trip is everything else — team debriefs, client dinners, actually sleeping. Our furnished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments give your crew a living room, a real kitchen, and space to work. Units are often next door to each other, even in the same house, so your team stays together instead of scattered across hotel floors.

Don't go by the nightly rate you see posted — that's summer pricing. March is weekly/monthly season, and PDAC-week stays get a discounted crew rate. Email us your dates and group size and we'll quote it.

How far is Posh Digs Toronto from the MTCC?

Yes. Our apartments are often next door to each other, sometimes in the same house, so your crew stays together instead of scattered across hotel floors.
